Australian social media marketing, judged on enquiries.

OneAdsphere is a social media marketing agency for Australian businesses that want their pages to bring in work, not just likes. We plan, write and design organic posts for the channels your customers use, from Facebook and Instagram to LinkedIn and TikTok, and make the paid social creative that runs as your ads. You approve every post before it goes out, your accounts stay in your business name, and we report on enquiries and sales. The work is scoped to your business and priced in AUD plus GST up front, as a standalone service or inside the Growth Partner.

Organic and paid social

Two different jobs that share one feed.

Organic social is what you post on your own pages and how you answer the people who respond. Paid social is creative made to run as ads, with money behind it and a test attached. Plenty of businesses buy one expecting the results of the other. We plan them separately, then let each one inform the other.

Organic social

Your pages, kept current and answered

Planned, on-brand posting on the channels your customers use, written by people who know what you sell. It is the page a customer opens after seeing your ad, hearing your name or finding you on Google, so it has to look alive and answer their questions.

  • A monthly plan of posts, Reels, carousels and stories
  • Captions and visuals made for each channel, not one post pasted four times
  • Comments and messages handled under rules you sign off
  • Your proof, your people and your work instead of stock filler
  • Reach builds slowly and is never guaranteed; consistency is what we control
Paid social creative

Ads made to be tested, then replaced

UGC, short-form video, statics and carousels written for Australian buyers and produced at the volume the platforms reward. Every piece runs against the current winner and is kept or switched off on the numbers each week. The campaigns themselves are on our Facebook and Instagram ads page.

  • Built around one hook per piece so the result is readable
  • Cut to the shapes each placement needs, from Reels to feed
  • Creators disclosed whenever they are paid or gifted
  • Judged on enquiries and appointments, not on views
  • Winning angles handed back to the organic plan

How they feed each other: a post that draws real questions in the comments becomes the angle for the next ad test, and the hook that wins as an ad is worth turning into a post. Same message, two jobs.

Our work on Instagram

Real feeds we design, as they look on Instagram.

Every post below was designed by us and published on the client’s own Instagram account. Tap any post to open it on Instagram. Followers, likes and reach belong to our clients, so we do not publish them.

@westcottgroupWestcott Developments · Property developer, Auckland, New Zealand
View on Instagram (opens in a new tab)
Market updates, project milestones, explainers and listings for a property developer. Nine of the posts we designed, as published on its Instagram between 1 August and 14 October 2026.
@talent.fijiTalent Fiji · Jobs marketplace, Fiji (a site we also built)
View on Instagram (opens in a new tab)
A launch from a standing start: teasers, how-it-works carousels and job cards for new roles. Nine of the posts we designed, as published on its Instagram between 28 July and 9 September 2026.
Channels

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok: pick where your buyers already are.

We do not recommend being everywhere. Two channels run properly beat four run thinly. The choice comes from who buys from you and what your work looks like, and we will say on the first call if a channel is not worth your time.

Facebook: local proof and conversation

Suits local service businesses, trades, clinics and anyone whose customers ask around before they ring. Your Page carries photos of finished work, answers to the questions people leave in the comments, and the news that shows you are still busy.

Instagram: work worth looking at

Suits businesses with something visual to show: builds, renovations, interiors, food, fitness, beauty and property. Reels, carousels and stories carry the before and after, the process and the people doing it.

LinkedIn: business buyers

Suits professional services, B2B suppliers and commercial builders. Company Page posts explain how you work and who you help. LinkedIn separates the super admin, who controls who else has access, from the content admin, who creates and manages posts. You keep the first; we work as the second.

TikTok: the work, filmed

Suits businesses where watching the job is the hook: trades on site, makers, hospitality and retail. TikTok says businesses should use its Commercial Music Library for everything commercial, organic posts included, so every sound we use is cleared for business.

For developers, organic social is part of our property development marketing programme: planned, on-brand posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok covering construction progress, lifestyle, proof and releases.

Cadence and content mix

A rhythm you can keep, built from real material.

How often you post is set in the scope, channel by channel, and matched to how much genuine material your business produces. A steady rhythm kept up for a year beats a burst in the first month and silence by the third. Every month is planned from five kinds of post.

01Proof

Finished jobs, before and after, project photos and outcomes you can show, with the customer’s permission where they appear.

02People

The owner, the team, the person who will turn up on the day. A face earns trust faster than a logo.

03Answers

The questions customers ask on the phone and in comments, answered in a post that saves the next call.

04Process

How the work is actually done, filmed on site or behind the counter: the part competitors rarely show.

05Offers and news

Releases, openings, seasonal offers and price guides, worded so the fine print agrees with the headline.

Content in batches

One session of filming, a month of posts.

Most businesses do not have time to think about social every day, so we do not ask them to. Content is gathered in batches: an hour on a job site, in the clinic or behind the counter, filmed by your team or by us, is cut into Reels, stills, carousels and stories for each channel. The strongest pieces are briefed as ad tests for the paid side.

  • A calendar agreed before each month begins
  • Vertical video, portrait and square stills and carousels cut from the same material
  • Captions written for each platform, with licence or registration details where your industry needs them
  • Space left for news nobody can plan: a finished job, a new hire, a genuine award
  • Every quarter, a look at which kinds of post brought enquiries, and the plan adjusted to match
Approval

Nothing goes out in your name until you have said yes.

A social post is a public statement by your business. So the plan, the captions and the visuals are signed off by you before anything is scheduled, and the claims in them are checked against what you can prove.

  1. Before the month

    The plan

Themes, dates and formats for each channel, built around your launches, your seasons and the questions customers are asking right now.

  2. Drafts

    Captions and visuals

Every post written and designed in full and shown as it will appear, so you approve the real thing rather than a description of it.

  3. Your review

    Sign-off and a claims check

You approve, edit or reject each post. Prices, results, licence numbers and anything quoted from a customer are checked against your records first.

  4. Scheduled

    Published from your accounts

Approved posts are scheduled inside your own accounts. In Meta Business Suite that takes content permission on your Page or Instagram account, which is the access you grant us.

  5. Live

    Replies under agreed rules

Comments and messages are answered in the tone and within the limits you have signed off. Complaints, refunds and anything sensitive come straight to you.

What we measure

Enquiries and sales first. Likes are context, not results.

Followers, likes and reach are easy to grow and easy to report, and none of them pays an invoice. Social is set up so the numbers that matter can be traced: who enquired, where they came from, and what it turned into.

Every link tagged

Links in posts, bios and stories carry tracking tags, so an enquiry on your website shows which channel, and which post, sent it.

Messages count as enquiries

A direct message asking for a quote is a lead. It is logged with the channel it came from instead of sitting unread in an inbox.

Lead forms into your CRM

Enquiries from Facebook and Instagram lead forms arrive in your CRM with their source attached, so nobody retypes them and nothing slips.

Sales, where the CRM can see them

Once your CRM records which enquiries became paid work, the report shows enquiries and sales by channel, next to spend for paid social.

Reach, followers and engagement still appear in the monthly report, as context: a sudden drop can explain a quiet week. They are never the headline, and nobody here will promise you a follower count.

Australian rules on social

What Australian law expects from your social media.

The ACCC says the rules for all advertising apply on social media too: to your own posts, to the ones you pay to promote, and to the ones you reward an influencer to make. These six shape every post and every reply we write for you.

Your own posts are advertising

The ACCC applies the same rules to a business’s posts on its own accounts as to any paid ad. Prices, photos, descriptions and claims about results must be accurate, and the ACCC can require you to back them up. We only write claims you can prove.

Comments on your page are on you

The ACCC holds a business responsible for false or misleading comments other people leave on its pages. Its advice: publish clear posting rules, block people who break them, and remove misleading posts rather than argue with them. We draft the house rules and moderate to them.

Reviews and testimonials

A review has to be a customer’s genuine opinion. Staff, family or paid reviewers must declare the connection, any reward for reviewing must apply whatever the rating and be disclosed, and genuine bad reviews cannot be edited or buried. We share only what customers said.

Creators and influencers

The ACCC has told businesses to make sure the influencers they use know their Consumer Law obligations, and never to script them into misrepresenting their experience. Paid or gifted posts are disclosed so it is obvious at a glance, and on TikTok the commercial content setting is switched on.

Clearly marked as promotion

The AANA Code of Ethics says advertising must be clearly distinguishable as such. It covers social media, and it covers other people’s comments on platforms you control once you know about them. A promotional post reads as promotion, never as independent opinion.

Consent before a sales message

Under the Spam Act an instant message promoting your business counts as a commercial electronic message, just like an email or a text. Promotional DMs, texts and emails go only to people who agreed, with a record of who, when and how, and opt-outs honoured within 5 working days.

Privacy: social lead forms and DMs collect personal information. A business turning over $3 million a year or less is usually outside the Privacy Act 1988, though health service providers and anyone trading in personal information are in it at any turnover. Covered businesses follow the Australian Privacy Principles, which include telling people when their information is collected (APP 5) and conditions on using it for direct marketing (APP 7).

Social leads, followed up

A social enquiry cools quickly. Ours are answered, not left in an inbox.

Meta Business Suite brings Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp messages, and the comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts, into one inbox, and that is where we work. Meta also recommends that a lead form tells people why their details are collected, and that you contact them only for that purpose, so our forms say it plainly. New lead-form enquiries can go straight to our speed-to-lead add-on, which calls them typically within 60 seconds, inside Australian calling hours, and books the ones that qualify.

  • Messages and comments answered from one inbox, under rules you approve
  • Lead-form enquiries passed to your CRM with the channel they came from
  • Calls made only to people who asked to be contacted, within the hours ACMA allows
  • Promotional texts and emails sent only with consent, each one naming your business
  • Complaints and refund requests passed to you, never answered for you
Ownership
Your pages, your profiles, your content.

Your Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn Page and TikTok business account stay registered to your business, and our team works in them only through the access you choose to give. In Meta Business Suite the owner of a business portfolio gives a partner such as an agency access to a Page or ad account, and only the owner can share it with anyone else. On LinkedIn you stay super admin while we work as content admin. Once fees are paid, you own everything we build for you, the creative included, so the posts, photos, videos and the audience you have built remain yours if you ever change agency.

There is no fixed social media package on our price list. The work is scoped to the channels, the number of posts and videos each month, whether paid social creative is part of it, and who handles replies. The scope and its price, in AUD plus GST, are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Questions

Social media marketing, answered plainly.

Anything we have missed, bring it to the call. If social is not where your next customer will come from, we will say so.

What does a social media marketing agency do?

It plans what your business posts, writes and designs it, publishes it on the channels your customers use, answers comments and messages under rules you agree, and reports on what it produced. OneAdsphere also makes the paid social creative for your Facebook and Instagram ads, so your posts and your ads tell one story.

How much does social media management cost in Australia?

There is no off-the-shelf package. The price follows the scope: which channels, how many posts and videos a month, whether paid social creative is included, and who handles replies. It is agreed in writing, in AUD plus GST, before work begins, for social on its own or as part of the Growth Partner. Australian clients contract with ONEADSPHERE (ABN 59 645 963 842), which is registered for GST.

What is the difference between organic social and paid social?

Organic social is what you post on your own pages without paying for reach, plus how you answer the people who respond. Paid social is creative run as ads, with a budget, a target audience and a test attached. Organic keeps your pages current and credible; paid reaches people who do not follow you yet. The paid side is covered on our Meta ads page, and our guide Google Ads or Meta ads helps you choose where to start.

Which social media platforms should my business use?

The ones your customers already use, and usually no more than two to begin with. Facebook and Instagram suit most local and visual businesses, LinkedIn suits businesses that sell to other businesses, and TikTok suits businesses whose work is worth watching. We recommend channels on the first call and tell you if one is not worth your time.

Do we approve posts before they go out?

Yes. You see every post in full, caption and visuals, before it is scheduled, and nothing is posted without your approval. Prices, results and customer quotes are checked against your records first.

Can you guarantee followers, reach or leads?

No. The platforms decide who sees organic posts, and the ACCC expects any prediction to have reasonable grounds at the time it is made. We commit to the plan, the quality of the work and honest reporting, and we judge the results on enquiries and sales, not follower counts.

Who owns our social media accounts and content?

You do. Your Pages, profiles and business accounts are held by your business; we are given access, never ownership. Once fees are paid, you own everything we build for you, the creative included, and wherever the platform allows it is set up in your business name from day one.

Can we use influencers or user-generated content?

Yes, within the rules. Paid or gifted posts are disclosed clearly using each platform’s own tools, creators are never scripted to claim an experience they have not had, customer photos and videos are used only with permission, and sound on TikTok business posts comes from its Commercial Music Library.

Will you reply to comments and direct messages?

If replies are in the scope, yes: during agreed hours and under rules you approve. Questions about price, availability and booking are answered; complaints, refunds and anything sensitive come to you. Enquiries that arrive by message are logged as leads, and promotional follow-ups go only to people who have agreed to receive them.

Can social media leads be called straight away?

Yes. New lead-form enquiries can be handed to speed-to-lead, our AI calling add-on, which rings them typically within 60 seconds, inside Australian calling hours, asks your qualifying questions and books the ones that fit. Prefer your own team to ring? Each lead is sent to them the moment it lands.
