Get found in the suburbs you serve, on Google and in AI answers.
OneAdsphere does SEO and AI search optimisation for Australian businesses. We set up local SEO for the suburbs and cities you cover, get your Google Business Profile right, fix the technical foundations, and add schema markup and an llms.txt file, so Google can rank you and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can find, trust and quote you. It comes with every website we build and with the Growth Partner.

There are now two front doors. Most sites only answer one.
Classic SEO gets you into the results list and the map, and that still matters. But a growing share of buyers never reach the list: they read a generated answer and contact whoever it named. Those are different jobs, and a brochure site does neither.
“Where do I rank for roofer Gold Coast?”
Answered with titles, headings, speed, local pages, your Google Business Profile and links. Still necessary, and still what most agencies sell.
“When someone asks an AI who to use, does it say my name?”
Answered with structured data, clear factual statements, and content a model can extract and attribute without guessing.
Local SEO for Australian suburbs and cities.
Australia is a handful of very large cities and a lot of regional towns, across several time zones and state rules. Local search works when your site and your Google profile say clearly where you work and when you are open, in a way Google and AI assistants can check.
Suburbs, not just a city
Australian buyers search by suburb and region. A plumber in Penrith and a plumber in Cronulla are not after the same customer, so your pages, schema and profile name the areas you actually serve.
Google Business Profile, set up properly
Category, service areas, hours, photos and a link to the right page, with the same business name, address and phone as your site. It is what decides whether you appear in the map results.
Hours in the right time zone
Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory do not use daylight saving; the south-eastern states do. Opening hours and booking times on your site and profile are set in your own local time.
Location pages with something to say
A page for a city or region only when there is real local substance: the areas, the rules, the way you work there. Thin copies of one page with the suburb swapped do not help anyone.
Licence numbers where the rules want them
In New South Wales and Queensland a builder’s or tradie’s licence number has to appear in their advertising, and websites and social pages count. We put it on the site and keep it consistent.
Consistent details everywhere
Business name, ABN-linked domain, address, phone and service area identical across your site, your schema, your Google profile and your directory listings. Contradictions cost trust with Google and with AI.
The Google fundamentals, done properly.
Technical and on-page SEO, speed, content and measurement. None of it is glamorous, and all of it decides whether Google can find, understand and trust your site.
On-page SEO
Titles, meta descriptions, one clear H1 per page, headings that match how Australians actually search, and internal links that connect your service and location pages.
Technical SEO
Sitemap, robots, canonicals, HTTPS and clean, crawlable HTML, with the content in the page rather than assembled by JavaScript after load.
Speed and Core Web Vitals
Compressed images, fast first paint and stable layouts, checked against Google’s Core Web Vitals. Mobile-first, because that is where the traffic is.
Content
Pages written around what your customers search and ask, in Australian English, with specific, checkable statements instead of vague promotion.
Measurement
Google Search Console and Analytics installed and verified from day one, so you can see the searches and clicks instead of guessing.
Claims you can stand behind
Search copy is advertising too. Prices, results and guarantees are written to the Australian Consumer Law, so nothing on the page needs walking back.
How we make a business easy for AI to quote.
GEO (generative engine optimisation) and AEO (answer engine optimisation) are two names for one job: making your business easy for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to find, understand and quote. Language models quote sources they can parse without ambiguity. That is an engineering problem, not a copywriting one.
Every page can be fetched and read, by Google and by AI crawlers.
Schema and plain statements say what you do, where in Australia, and for whom.
The same facts on your site, your schema and your Google profile.
Each question your buyers ask is answered clearly, in one place.
Search Console and Analytics show the queries, clicks and what comes next.
Answer-shaped content
Each page states plainly what you do, where in Australia you do it, and what it costs or depends on. Models extract claims, so the claims have to be findable in one place and unambiguous.
Schema markup
Organisation, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb markup, so machines read your services, service area, ABN-linked details and contact details as data rather than guessing from paragraphs.
An llms.txt file
A plain-text summary of your business written for AI models: what you sell, who you serve, how you price and where to send people. The same idea as robots.txt, aimed at AI.
Clean, crawlable HTML
Content in the HTML, not assembled by JavaScript after load. If a crawler has to run your site to see the words, some of them will not see the words.
AI crawlers let in
A robots.txt that lets the major AI crawlers read the site, so the assistants your customers use can actually see what you wrote.
Honest, checkable claims
Specific and verifiable beats vague and promotional. It reads better to people, and it gives a model something it can safely repeat with your name attached.
No one can guarantee a ranking, or what an AI model says.
We optimise for ranking and for citation. No one controls what a model says or where Google puts a page, and anyone promising you a guaranteed AI ranking is selling something that does not exist. What you get from us is the work done properly, and the numbers in Search Console so you can see what it is doing.
An Australian site, scored by Google.
We built sandrabourke.com for an Australian author’s book launch, with structured data on every page, an image sitemap, an llms.txt file and a robots file that lets the major AI crawlers in. Run Google Lighthouse on it yourself, or open the files an AI assistant reads when it looks us up.

What is local SEO in Australia?
Local SEO is the work that gets a business found by people searching in the suburbs, cities and regions it serves. In practice: a Google Business Profile set up properly, pages that name your service areas, schema markup with your address and service area, and the same business details everywhere they appear online.
Can you get my business into the Google map results?
We set up and connect everything Google uses to decide: your Google Business Profile, service areas, location pages where they make sense, and consistent details across your site and listings. No one can guarantee a position in the map results, and anyone who does is selling something that does not exist.
What are GEO and AEO?
GEO (generative engine optimisation) and AEO (answer engine optimisation) are two names for making your business easy for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to find, understand and quote. That means answer-shaped content, schema markup, an llms.txt file, clean HTML and the same facts everywhere.
Can you guarantee a top ranking on Google or a mention in ChatGPT?
No, and no one can. No one controls what a model says or where Google ranks a page. What we do is build and fix the things search engines and AI assistants rely on, and show you the results in Search Console and Analytics.
How much does SEO cost in Australia with OneAdsphere?
There is no separate published SEO price. SEO is included in every website we build (AU $2,997 + GST for six pages) and in the monthly Growth Partner, which is scoped to your business and quoted in AUD. Anything else is scoped on a free 30-minute strategy call.
Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?
Yes. Our Australian office is in South Brisbane, and we work with businesses in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart and regional Australia by video call, booked in your business hours.
How will I know if it is working?
You will see it in Google Search Console and Analytics, which we install and verify from day one. They show the searches you appear for, the clicks you get and what visitors do next.
