Voice, SMS and chat that book the appointment.
The moment a lead submits your form, our Voice AI calls them within 60 seconds, inside Australian calling hours, asks your signed-off qualifying questions and books the appointment in your calendar. No answer? SMS takes over. Message your page? The chatbot picks it up. Same brain, same calendar, same result: a confirmed booking or a clean disqualification.

One brain. Three channels. No lead ignored.
We don’t pick voice or SMS: all three run off the same knowledge base, the same qualifying logic and the same calendar. The lead picks where to talk; the AI books either way.
Calls every lead within 60 seconds
A natural-sounding voice agent calls the lead within 60 seconds of the form, inside Australian calling hours. It says which business it is calling for and why, asks your signed-off qualifying questions, handles objections from your playbook and books a time before the call ends.
- Australian and New Zealand accents
- Trained on your scripts and FAQs
- Callbacks with smart timing, a limited number of times
- Wrong-fit leads disqualified and never billed
Picks up when the call doesn’t
No answer? A personalised text follows within seconds. The AI carries on a real conversation by text, answers questions, sends your booking link and books the meeting.
- Two-way conversation, not blast templates
- Time-zone aware send windows, from Perth to Sydney
- Your business name and a working STOP option in every text
- STOP replies actioned, follow-ups end
Website, Messenger and WhatsApp
The same AI on your website, in Messenger and on WhatsApp: answering questions, qualifying inbound chats and booking appointments with nobody online. Bigger deals are handed to a person, and your team is told.
- Introduces itself as an AI assistant
- Reads your knowledge base
- Books straight into your calendar
- Hands complex deals to a person
From form to confirmed booking, in minutes.
Six steps, every one of them inside Australian calling and texting rules.
Lead submits
A prospect clicks your Meta or Google ad and submits the qualifying form, with consent wording that says you will call and text. Their answers land in your CRM straight away.
Voice AI calls
Within 60 seconds, inside the calling window, the Voice AI dials. Your business name, your offer, your script, your qualifying questions.
SMS if no answer
The AI carries the same conversation by text, answers in seconds and sends a booking link.
Chat any time
If the lead comes back through your website, Messenger or WhatsApp, the chatbot picks up where voice and SMS left off.
Booking confirmed
A confirmation goes out by email, SMS and calendar file, and the booking shows in your team’s calendar.
Evidence with every booking
Every appointment lands with the call recording and full transcript, so a no-show is followed up with the whole conversation in hand.
Automated, and still by the book.
Calling hours, caller identification, SMS consent and opt-outs, and privacy: what applies and how it is handled.
Calling someone who asked you to
When a person fills in your form and asks to be contacted, calling them back about that enquiry is contact they agreed to. Consent is what allows a call to a number on the Do Not Call Register, and it can be withdrawn at any time, so a lead who says “don’t call me again” is not called again.
- Consent wording on the form says what the call is about, who will call and that an automated AI assistant may call.
- Keep a record of the form, its wording and when it was sent, so you can show where the consent came from.
- Competition entries and free-download leads are not auto-called.
Calling hours and saying who is calling
Telemarketing calls in Australia are allowed Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, never on a Sunday or a national public holiday, even when the person agreed to be called. Every call also has to say who is calling, for which business and why, end politely if the person asks, and show a caller ID number they can ring back.
- We set the calling window inside those hours, in your leads’ local time. Perth is two or three hours behind Sydney, so national campaigns get a window that works for every state.
- Leads that arrive outside the hours wait for the window to open.
Texts that follow the rules
A marketing text needs consent, has to say who it is from and has to give an easy way to stop, such as replying STOP. Stop requests must be actioned within 5 business days. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are generally not marketing messages.
- Every text carries your business name and a working STOP option.
- A STOP reply ends the follow-up texts for that number.
Recordings, data and honest AI
The Australian Privacy Principles apply to businesses with annual turnover over $3 million and to some smaller ones, such as private health service providers. The OAIC suggests explaining how personal information is used at the start of a phone call, and recording a call is also covered by Commonwealth, state and territory laws.
- The greeting can say the call may be recorded, before anything else is collected.
- The OAIC recommends AI tools facing the public are clearly identified as AI. Speed-to-lead calls say so up front; the receptionist says so if asked, and its greeting can say so too.

Not a generic AI. Your business, in software.
Before anything goes live it learns how you sell, what you charge and who you want to talk to.
Your knowledge base
Services, packages, service area, common questions and what makes you different, taken from your existing documents and FAQs.
Your qualifying questions
Before launch you sign off the 3 to 4 questions that decide qualified or not: loan size, roof type, cover type, postcode, budget, timeline. That document is the billing contract.
Your objection handling
“Send me an email.” “I need to ask my partner.” Each common objection gets your answer, taken from how your best people already handle it.
Your calendar and CRM
Bookings drop straight into Google Calendar, Outlook or your CRM. No exporting spreadsheets, no double-booking.
Your tone of voice
Formal or friendly, it is tuned to sound like your business, not a call centre script.
Your sales process
Single-call close, two-step discovery or quote then call back: the AI fits where it belongs and hands over cleanly to your people.
Same model. Different scripts.
Built for Australian businesses where a fast, qualifying conversation comes before the appointment. Professional services too: decision-maker, business size, urgency and budget confirmed before a partner takes the meeting.
Solar
Confirms home ownership, roof type, battery interest and install timeline, and checks the postcode is inside your install area before booking the consultation.
Solar →Insurance

Insurance →Mortgage and finance
Loan size against your threshold, purchase or refinance, and timing. The broker is booked only when the deal is worth the meeting.
Mortgage →Real estate
Vendor or buyer, suburb, property type and timeline. Vendor leads go straight to appraisal bookings.
Real estate →AI automation, answered.

What does AI automation do for my leads?
It contacts every new lead within 60 seconds, inside Australian calling hours: a Voice AI call first, a text if they don’t answer, and a chatbot if they come back on your website, Messenger or WhatsApp. All three run off the same knowledge base and qualifying questions and book into the same calendar.
How much does it cost?
Run as the Pickup System, where we also run the ads, it is AU $150 + GST per confirmed appointment, ad spend included. If you already have the leads and want an AI receptionist and speed-to-lead on your own number, the First Voice plans are priced in Australian dollars on a call.
Are automated calls and texts allowed in Australia?
Contacting someone who just asked you to is contact they agreed to. The rules still apply: calls only on weekdays 9am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm (never Sundays or national public holidays), every call says who is calling and why, and every marketing text has your business name and a way to say STOP, actioned within 5 business days. This is general information, not legal advice.
Will it sound Australian?
Australian and New Zealand accents are available, and the tone is tuned to your business.
What happens to leads that don’t qualify?
They are politely disqualified against the questions you signed off, and they are never billed.
Can it work with my CRM?
Yes. Bookings go into Google Calendar, Outlook or your CRM, with the recording and transcript attached.
