Every lead picked up. You pay per booked appointment.
We run the ads, our Voice AI calls every new lead within 60 seconds, qualifies it against questions you sign off, and books a confirmed appointment in your calendar. You pay AU $150 + GST per confirmed appointment, the same for every industry, with the ad spend included. Not leads. Not calls.

Not a lead list. A system that hands you booked appointments.
Most lead sellers hand you a name and a number and leave the hard part, reaching the lead and booking them, to you. The Pickup System runs that whole gap, from the ad a prospect clicks to the confirmed time in your calendar.
1. Lead generation
Dedicated Meta and Google campaigns under your brand, built for qualified intent in your area, from a single postcode cluster to a national campaign. Every lead flows into the system the moment it is captured.
2. Instant Voice AI calling
A Voice AI agent calls every new lead in under 60 seconds, inside Australian calling hours. It says which business it is calling for and why, qualifies them against your rules and books a time in your calendar.
3. Confirmations and reminders
The moment it books, the prospect is confirmed by email plus SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram, with reminders that cut no-shows. You are notified straight away, wherever you work.
The same lead. Two very different endings.
A lead is hottest the moment they submit the form. Here is what happens to an identical enquiry with and without the Pickup System.
A confirmed, qualified appointment
- 0:00 Prospect submits the ad form on their phone, intent at its peak.
- 0:45 Voice AI calls. The prospect picks up while they are still thinking about it.
- 2:30 Qualified against your signed-off questions: a real fit, not a tyre-kicker.
- 3:10 A time is locked into your calendar. Email and SMS confirmation sent.
- +24h Reminder goes out, and your booking lands with the AI call recording and transcript.
You only pay for this one.
A paid-for lead, wasted
- 0:00 Prospect submits the form. The lead lands in an inbox or a spreadsheet.
- +3h Someone finally sees it, between jobs, half-distracted.
- +1 day First call attempt. No answer. The prospect has cooled right off.
- +2 days They have filled in two competitors’ forms, and one of them called back fast.
- +1 week Marked “not interested”. The ad spend that bought them is gone.
The most expensive kind of lead there is.
One price. Per confirmed appointment.
No retainers, no setup fees, no per-lead billing. We fund and manage the ad spend, and you pay only when a qualified appointment is confirmed in your calendar. Move the slider to see a month.
a month, plus GST. AU $4,950 including GST.
You are only billed for appointments that meet the qualifying questions you signed off and have a confirmed time in your calendar. Prices are in Australian dollars; GST is 10%.
Start with a trial →Fast calls, inside Australian rules.
Your leads asked to be contacted, so we call them fast. Calling hours, caller identification, texting and privacy still apply, and the system is set up around them.
Calling someone who asked you to
When a person fills in your form and asks to be contacted, calling them back about that enquiry is contact they agreed to. Consent is what allows a call to a number on the Do Not Call Register, and it can be withdrawn at any time, so a lead who says “don’t call me again” is not called again.
- Consent wording on the form says what the call is about, who will call and that an automated AI assistant may call.
- Keep a record of the form, its wording and when it was sent, so you can show where the consent came from.
- Competition entries and free-download leads are not auto-called.
Calling hours and saying who is calling
Telemarketing calls in Australia are allowed Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm, never on a Sunday or a national public holiday, even when the person agreed to be called. Every call also has to say who is calling, for which business and why, end politely if the person asks, and show a caller ID number they can ring back.
- We set the calling window inside those hours, in your leads’ local time. Perth is two or three hours behind Sydney, so national campaigns get a window that works for every state.
- Leads that arrive outside the hours wait for the window to open.
Texts that follow the rules
A marketing text needs consent, has to say who it is from and has to give an easy way to stop, such as replying STOP. Stop requests must be actioned within 5 business days. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are generally not marketing messages.
- Every text carries your business name and a working STOP option.
- A STOP reply ends the follow-up texts for that number.
Recordings, data and honest AI
The Australian Privacy Principles apply to businesses with annual turnover over $3 million and to some smaller ones, such as private health service providers. The OAIC suggests explaining how personal information is used at the start of a phone call, and recording a call is also covered by Commonwealth, state and territory laws.
- The greeting can say the call may be recorded, before anything else is collected.
- The OAIC recommends AI tools facing the public are clearly identified as AI. Speed-to-lead calls say so up front; the receptionist says so if asked, and its greeting can say so too.

Works with what you already run.
Keep the tools you already use, or run on ours. The Pickup System plugs into your calendar, CRM and channels.
Your CRM, or ours
Already on a company CRM? We deliver confirmed appointments into it, untouched. Or run on our CRM: every lead tracked across sources, adviser-level performance and the AI call recordings.
Smart team scheduling
The AI reads your calendar to avoid double-booking, only offers the times you allow, and shares bookings across your team. Works with Calendly and Cal.com.
Notify where you work
Pick your channel: SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Booking alerts and reminders land where you will actually see them.
Your brand, your sign-off
Ads run under your own branding. You see and sign off every creative and every qualifying question before anything goes live.
Same engine, different questions.
Built for Australian businesses where a fast, qualifying conversation comes before the appointment. Professional services too: decision-maker, business size and urgency confirmed before a partner takes the meeting.
Solar installers
Home owner, roof, battery interest and install timeline confirmed before the in-home or video consultation is booked.
Solar →Insurance advisers
Existing cover and the type of cover they want, booked straight into the adviser’s calendar. Marketing for licensed advisers, not advice to consumers.
Insurance →Mortgage brokers
Purchase or refinance, loan size against your threshold and timing, booked only when the deal is worth the meeting.
Mortgage →Real estate agents
Vendor or buyer, suburb inside your patch, property type and timeline. Vendor leads go straight to appraisal bookings.
Real estate →The Pickup System, answered.
How the qualifying works: how we qualify.
What exactly is the Pickup System?
It is our AI Conversion Engine: lead generation, an instant Voice AI caller and SMS and chat follow-up working as one system. It picks up every lead within 60 seconds, inside Australian calling hours, qualifies it against questions you sign off on, and books a confirmed appointment in your calendar.
How much does it cost in Australia?
AU $150 + GST per confirmed appointment, the same price for every industry. We fund and manage the Meta and Google ad spend, so there is nothing on top. No retainers, no setup fees and no lock-in. You can start with a 10 to 15 appointment trial before scaling.
What counts as a confirmed appointment?
Your signed-off qualifying questions are the contract. An appointment only counts, and is only billed, when it meets the criteria you approved and there is a confirmed time in your calendar. Every booking comes with the AI call recording and transcript.
Is it legal for AI to call my leads in Australia?
The people called have just filled in your form asking to be contacted, so the call is contact they agreed to, which is what allows a call even to a number on the Do Not Call Register. The Telemarketing Industry Standard still applies: weekdays 9am to 8pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm, no Sundays or national public holidays, and every call says who is calling, for which business and why. Texts carry a STOP option under the Spam Act 2003. This is general information, not legal advice.
Do my prospects know it is AI?
Every call names your business and the reason for the call. The OAIC recommends public facing AI tools are clearly identified as AI, and the AI always says so if asked. You choose whether it hands over to a person or stays virtual.
Which industries does it work for?
Anywhere speed-to-lead and proper qualification decide the deal: solar, insurance, mortgage and finance, real estate and professional services. The engine stays the same; only the qualifying questions change.
Which cities do you cover?
Campaigns can target a suburb cluster, a city or the whole country. We work with Australian businesses by video call from our South Brisbane office, booked in your business hours, whether you are in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide or a regional town.
