Mortgage lead generation · Australia

Borrowers booked in with your broker, not left waiting.

For Australian mortgage brokers holding an Australian Credit Licence, or working as a credit representative of a licensee. We run the campaigns, qualify each enquiry on loan size, deposit and timing, and book a meeting with your broker. We market your business; the credit assistance and the best interests duty stay with you.

Who this is for

Brokers under a credit licence. The best interests duty stays with you.

Helping someone with a particular home loan is a credit activity. ASIC says that before starting business you generally need an Australian credit licence or authorisation from a credit licensee, for example as a credit representative. Mortgage brokers also carry the best interests obligations in Part 3-5A of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, explained in ASIC’s RG 273.

So our job ends where yours begins. The ads and forms never promise a rate, an approval or a borrowing amount, and our Voice AI does not recommend a lender or a product. It confirms what the person is looking for and books them with your broker, who does the assessment.

How it works

From ad click to a booked broker meeting.

Home loans take time to decide. The system books the ready ones now and keeps the rest warm, with consent.

  1. Step 1

    A qualifying funnel

A multi-step form capturing loan purpose, rough property value and deposit, timing, and the best time to talk, with consent to be contacted recorded.

  2. Step 2

    Campaigns around real triggers

Meta and Google campaigns built around first-home buying, refinancing as fixed terms end, and investment purchases, in the cities and regions you serve.

  3. Step 3

    A fast follow-up call

Within the permitted calling hours, the Voice AI calls back within about a minute, confirms what the person is looking for and offers a time with your broker.

  4. Step 4

    Booked with full context

Qualified enquiries land in your CRM with the call recording, transcript and answers, ready for the broker’s own fact-find.

  5. Step 5

    Nurture and optimise

Not ready yet? Consent-based SMS and email keep you in touch until they are. We optimise on meetings and settlements, not clicks.

You sign off the three or four questions that decide “qualified” before anything goes live. That sign-off is also the billing rule on the Pickup System: a booking outside your thresholds is not billed. How we qualify.

Loan types

Campaigns for the lending you write.

Each loan type gets its own angle, form and qualifying questions.

First-home buyers

Renters getting ready to buy, booked in early so the broker can map the path to a deposit and pre-approval.

Refinancing

Owners whose fixed term is ending or who want to review their loan, timed around when they are deciding.

Investment loans

Investors buying their next property, qualified on equity and timing.

Upgraders and next home

Owners selling and buying, booked with the broker before they sign on the next place.

Commercial and business lending

Business owners looking at commercial property or equipment finance, qualified on purpose and trading history.

Database reactivation

Past enquiries and clients re-engaged by SMS and email, only where you hold their consent.

Australian rules, built in

Follow-up that stays inside the law.

Speed matters, but in Australia the rules decide how you are allowed to follow up. The system is set up around them from day one, and you can check every source yourself.

ASIC: credit licensing

Your licence, your assessment

Ads and forms never promise rates, approvals or borrowing amounts. The AI books meetings and gives no credit assistance; your broker does the assessment under your licence.

SMS and email only with consent

Follow-up texts and emails go only to people who gave consent on your form, with a record of who, when and how. Every message names your business and carries an unsubscribe that is honoured within 5 working days.

Do Not Call Register

We call people who asked to be called

The Voice AI only calls people who just asked you to contact them, with that consent captured on the form. We never buy or dial cold lists, so registered numbers are not chased.

Telemarketing Industry Standard

Calls inside the permitted hours

We set the AI caller to the hours ACMA publishes for telemarketing calls: 9am to 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, never on Sundays or national public holidays. It says who it is and who it calls for, and ends the call when asked.

Where it fits

One service inside the agency, three ways to buy it.

Lead generation works best when the brand, the website and the follow-up are run by the same team. That is why most clients get it inside the Growth Partner. If you only want booked broker appointments, the Pickup System is priced per appointment, and if your team does its own follow-up, you can buy qualified leads.

New Zealand case study · Nationwide NZ solar company

Twice the appointments from every lead.

Over nine months, a nationwide New Zealand solar company doubled the share of its leads that became booked appointments. The same engine, Voice AI, SMS and a chatbot asking signed-off questions, is what we set up for Australian businesses.

Questions

Mortgage lead generation in Australia, answered.

Anything else, ask us on a call. We work with businesses across Australia by video call, in your business hours.

Do you give credit advice or assistance?

No. We market brokers who hold an Australian Credit Licence or are credit representatives of a licensee. The Voice AI books meetings; it does not recommend lenders, products or loan amounts. Credit assistance and the best interests duty stay with your broker.

How much does it cost?

Three ways. Inside the Growth Partner, lead generation is part of one monthly fee, scoped to your business and confirmed in Australian dollars on a call. On the Pickup System it is AU $150 + GST per confirmed broker appointment, the same price as every other industry, billed only when a booking meets the questions you signed off. Qualified leads, where your team does the follow-up, are AU $60 + GST per lead.

Do the ads mention interest rates?

We keep rates, approvals and borrowing amounts out of the ads and forms. The message is about getting help from your broker; the numbers belong in the broker’s conversation.

What happens to people who are not ready yet?

If they consented, they get occasional, useful SMS and email from your business, with an unsubscribe in every message, until they are ready to book. We never move them onto anyone else’s list.

Are the enquiries shared with other brokers?

No. Campaigns run under your brand, and qualified leads are exclusive to you and never resold.

Do you guarantee a number of appointments?

No. Nobody can honestly promise a number before a campaign has run in your market. We commit to the work, the qualifying questions you approve and weekly numbers you can check, and we tell you early if a market is not responding.
