Sandra Bourke needed a site for her book, To Save a Beach, ready for its launch in Brisbane on 10 October 2026: sell the book, tell the story behind it, and give readers the research to explore it themselves. The first draft was live on the day the project started, and the site was on her own domain three days later. She now runs it herself from a dashboard.
Her Google review is at the foot of this page. The full build is on the case studies page.

Visit sandrabourke.com (opens in a new tab)We write the copy, design the pages, wire the forms into your inbox or CRM and put the site live on your domain. Every page is built for Google and for AI search from day one, and written for the Australian customers you actually want.
We write every page around what your customers search and ask, in Australian English, with the suburbs and regions you actually serve. Not a template with a logo dropped in.
Schema markup, an llms.txt file and answer-shaped content, so Google can rank you and ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can quote you without guessing.
Click-to-call on an Australian number, enquiry forms that land in your inbox or CRM, and a clear next step on every page.
Domain and hosting set up in your business name. It is your asset, not something rented back to you.
AU $2,997 + GST for the six-page build. One-off, no retainer, no lock-in. Pages beyond the six are quoted separately.
From content in hand to live on your domain. You approve the sitemap on day one, before anything is designed.
Two full rounds of revisions during the build, then 30 days of post-launch bug fixes and a handover walkthrough.
Kick-off and reviews by video call, booked in your business hours, whichever Australian time zone you are in.
The domain is the one part of a website you cannot rebuild. A .com.au has its own rules, set by auDA, the body that runs .au domains. Here is what they mean for you, in plain English.
A .com.au is for commercial entities with a connection to Australia. It is registered with your ABN, ACN or Australian trade mark, and that is checked when the domain is registered and again at each renewal. It goes in your name, never ours.
auDA, which runs .au, asks that the name connect to your business: your business or personal name, an acronym of it, your trade mark, or a service or product you offer. We check the options with you before the build starts.
Anyone can look up the holder of a .au domain on auDA’s WHOIS service. Before you pay any web company, look up your current domain and make sure the holder is you.
auDA’s own research says half of Australian consumers will only buy from a website with a .au address. If your customers are in Australia, the domain should say so.
Classic SEO gets you into the results list, and that still matters. But a growing share of buyers never reach the list: they read a generated answer and contact whoever it named. Every site we build is engineered for both.
Answered with titles, headings, speed, local pages and your Google Business Profile. Still necessary, and still what most agencies sell.
Answered with structured data, clear factual statements, and content a model can extract and attribute without guessing.
We optimise for citation. No one controls what a model says, and anyone promising you a guaranteed AI ranking is selling something that does not exist. How we do SEO and AI search →
A website is advertising, and in Australia advertising has rules. We build them in from the first draft, so you are not fixing them after a complaint.
What the site says about prices, results and guarantees is written to the Australian Consumer Law. No claim goes on your site that you cannot back up.
Enquiry forms ask for permission before anyone is sent marketing emails or texts, and every follow-up carries a clear way to unsubscribe, as the Spam Act requires.
Most small businesses with an annual turnover of $3 million or less are not covered by the Privacy Act 1988, but some are. If yours is, the site gets a privacy policy written to the Australian Privacy Principles.
Builders and trades: in New South Wales and Queensland your licence number has to appear in your advertising, and a website counts. We put it where the regulator expects it.

Yes, if your business has a connection to Australia, such as an ABN, ACN or Australian trade mark. The domain is registered to your business, not to us, and the name has to connect to your business: its name, an acronym, your trade mark, or a service or product you offer. You do not need a physical Australian address.
You do. The domain and hosting are set up in your business name, so the site is your asset, not something rented back to you.
10 to 15 business days from receiving your content. Kick-off is day 1, design and build runs days 2 to 8, your two rounds of revisions are days 9 to 12, wire-up is days 13 and 14, and the site goes live on day 15.

Custom photography or video, logo and full brand identity, e-commerce or payments, member logins, and ongoing maintenance after 30 days. Pages beyond the six are quoted separately. Ongoing care is available as an optional monthly care plan, quoted in AUD.
