The Australian business behind this site.

Who do Australian clients contract with?

Are your prices in Australian dollars?

Yes. Every price on this site is in AUD. We never convert a New Zealand price: where an Australian price is not set yet, we confirm it in AUD on a call.

From the Pricing page →
Do your prices include GST?

No. Our prices exclude GST, and GST at 10% is added to your invoice. GST is a tax of 10% on most goods and services sold in Australia (business.gov.au).

From the Pricing page →
Why do some web designers not charge GST?

A business only has to register for GST once its GST turnover reaches $75,000 (business.gov.au), so a small freelancer may not add it. When you compare quotes, check whether each one is shown with GST or plus GST.

Contracts, notice and ownership

What you sign, and what stays yours.

How much notice do I need to give to end an engagement?

30 days’ written notice, and email is fine. Either side can end an ongoing engagement that way. On termination, fees for work already delivered are payable and we hand over every asset you own within 14 days.

From the Terms page →
Is there a minimum term or commitment?

Ongoing work runs until either side gives 30 days’ notice. For the Pickup System, the minimum monthly number of confirmed appointments is set in your Statement of Work and prepaid at the start of each month. If we deliver fewer, the shortfall rolls over and you do not lose prepaid credit.

From the Terms page →
When are invoices due?

Retainer invoices are due 7 days from the invoice date unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fees for each engagement are set out in the proposal or Statement of Work before work starts.

From the Terms page →
Who owns the ad accounts, CRM and website?

You do. Once fees are paid, you own everything we build for you: ad accounts, CRM setup and data, automations, AI agent setup, dashboards, website code and creative. Wherever the platform allows, these are set up in your business name from day one.

From the Terms page →
Do you guarantee results?

No. No one can honestly guarantee ad results, lead volumes, Google rankings or what an AI assistant says. What we do commit to is in writing: the scope, how results are reported, and for the Pickup System, that you only pay for appointments that meet your signed-off thresholds.

Australian Consumer Law and marketing rules

The rules that apply to us, and to your marketing.

Do the consumer guarantees apply to your services?

Where you count as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, yes. Services must be carried out with due care and skill, be fit for the purpose stated and be supplied in a reasonable time where no timeframe was agreed (business.gov.au). Since 1 July 2021 a business buying services up to $100,000 can count as a consumer (Queensland Government).

From the Terms page →
Can your terms exclude the consumer guarantees?

No. Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Queensland Government). Our terms limit our liability only as far as the law allows, and they say plainly that nothing in them excludes those guarantees.

From the Terms page →
Do SMS and email follow-ups have to follow the Spam Act?

Yes. Under the Spam Act 2003 a business needs a person’s permission before sending commercial emails or texts, and must remove people who unsubscribe within 5 working days (business.gov.au). The Pickup System only follows up people who enquired through your own campaigns and forms.

From the The Pickup System page →
Do you give financial advice in insurance or mortgage campaigns?

No. For insurance advisers and mortgage brokers we market the adviser’s services. The ads and follow-up qualify interest and book appointments; the advice is given by you, the licensed adviser.

Time zones and working together

Where we are, and how we work with you.

Where are you based?

Our Australian office is in South Brisbane QLD 4101. OneAdsphere was founded in Auckland, and the same team works across both countries.

From the About page →
Do you work with businesses in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide?

Yes. We work with businesses across Australia by video call, booked in your business hours. Most of the work happens on calls and shared dashboards, so the city matters less than how fast we respond.

From the Contact page →
Which time zone are calls booked in?

Yours. The booking calendar shows times in your own time zone, wherever you are in Australia, so you pick a slot in your business hours.

From the Book a call page →

Websites and .com.au domains

Six-page websites, copy included.

How much does a website cost?

A six-page website is AU $2,997 + GST as a one-off build, with copywriting, on-page SEO, enquiry forms and 30 days of post-launch fixes included. There is no retainer, and extra pages are quoted separately.

From the Website design page →
How long does a website take?

10 to 15 business days from receiving your content, with two rounds of revisions during the build.

From the Website design page →
Can you register my .com.au domain?

We set the domain up in your name. A com.au is for businesses with a connection to Australia, and the most common way to qualify is an active ABN or ACN. The name also needs a connection to your business, such as your business name or a service you offer (auDA).

From the Website design page →
What is not included in the website price?

Custom photography or video, logo and full brand identity, e-commerce or payments, member logins, and maintenance after the first 30 days. Ongoing care is available as an optional monthly care plan, priced on a call.

From the Website design page →
Do you do SEO for Australian businesses?

Yes. The SEO foundations are included in every website we build and in the Growth Partner, including Google Business Profile and pages for the areas you serve. Anything beyond that is scoped on a free strategy call. No one can guarantee a ranking, and we do not.

The Pickup System, leads and Voice AI

Pay per appointment, buy leads, or answer every call.

From the Pricing page →
What counts as a confirmed appointment?

The prospect has answered your signed-off qualifying questions within your thresholds, agreed to a specific time, and that time is locked into your calendar with a confirmation sent. Every one is delivered with the AI call recording and transcript.

From the Pricing page →
Do you sell leads in Australia?

Yes. Qualified leads are AU $60 + GST per lead, exclusive to you and never resold. We confirm your industry, area and criteria on a call before anything is delivered.

From the Qualified leads page →

One monthly fee in AUD, scoped to your business after a strategy call and agreed in writing before anything starts.

From the Growth Partner page →
How much do the Voice AI plans cost in Australia?

The AI receptionist plans are priced by call volume. For Australian businesses we confirm the plan price in AUD on a call rather than converting the New Zealand prices.

From the Voice AI page →
Can the AI receptionist use an Australian number?

Yes. Forward your existing number for all calls or only when you are busy or closed, or use a new local Australian number.

From the AI receptionist page →
Where is call data stored?

In New Zealand by default, or in another region such as Australia if you prefer. Only you and the people you give a login to can see it, and it is never sold.
