Facebook and Instagram ads for Australian businesses, built to create demand.
OneAdsphere is a Facebook and Instagram ads agency for Australian businesses whose customers are not searching yet. We produce creative in volume, test it every week against the current winner, capture leads on instant forms or landing pages, and make sure each lead is called back while they still remember the ad. The ad account is set up in your name, and management is scoped and quoted in AUD plus GST before anything starts.

Search waits for a question. Facebook and Instagram start the conversation.
On Facebook and Instagram nobody types what they want. You show the idea to people who look like your customers, and Meta’s delivery system finds the ones most likely to respond. That makes Meta the place to build demand for things people do not search for until they have seen them: a battery for the solar they already have, a new home off the plan, a kitchen renovation.
They already know what they want
Intent is high, and volume is capped by how many people search. That side is on our Google Ads page.
You reach them before they go looking
Volume can grow with budget, but leads arrive earlier in their decision. So the creative has to do the qualifying, and the follow-up has to be fast.

What our Meta campaigns have done for the brands we market.
Three figures from the Meta ad accounts we run, pulled straight from Meta Ads Manager. They are Meta numbers only, across the brands we market, and each one has its source underneath.
How we know
- 16,500+ leads generated: Meta Ads Manager, read through Pipeboard (read-only): lead events (form submissions) summed across the NZ-dollar ad accounts we run, 24 Aug 2023 to 23 Sep 2026. Exact figure 16,552.
Checked 24 Sep 2026.

How we know
- 265,000+ clicks: Meta Ads Manager, read through Pipeboard (read-only): link clicks across the same accounts and dates. Exact figure 265,106.
Checked 24 Sep 2026.
Meta ads data, 24 Aug 2023 to 23 Sep 2026, pulled 24 Sep 2026. Leads are enquiry form submissions. Brands are part of the group we market for.
On Meta, the creative does the targeting. So we make a lot of it.
The ad itself now does much of the work of finding the right people: the hook, the face, the opening seconds. We produce UGC-style video, short-form video, statics and carousels at the volume the platforms reward, written for Australian buyers, and give every one a fair test before it is judged.
UGC-style video
Real people talking to camera about the problem you solve. It reads like a post from someone they know rather than a polished brand ad.
Short-form video
Vertical cuts for Reels and Stories, made to hold attention with the sound off and to land the offer early.
Statics
One image, one idea, one line. Quick to produce, quick to test, and easy to swap the moment one starts to tire.
Carousels
Several frames for products, projects, floor plans or before-and-after shots, where a single image cannot carry the story.
Every week, against a control winner.
Produced in volume, tested, killed and iterated weekly against the ad that is currently winning. It stops a campaign living on one tired ad while the cost of each lead creeps up.
- Step 1
Read what sold
Which ads produced leads that became appointments and sales, not just which ones bought the cheapest clicks.
- Step 2
Brief new angles
Fresh hooks, offers and faces, drawn from what is winning, what is tiring, and what competitors run in Meta’s public Ad Library.
- Step 3
Test against the control
New ads go up against the current best performer, the control, with enough budget behind each to give it a fair read.
- Step 4
Kill or crown
Losers are switched off. A challenger that beats the control becomes the new control, and the loop runs again the following week.
Instant forms or a landing page: choosing where the lead lands.
Meta lets people enquire without leaving Facebook or Instagram, using an instant form, or you can send them to a landing page of your own. Neither is always right, so we choose per campaign and often test both.
Instant forms
Quick for the person, fewer drop-outs, and the lead arrives with contact details already filled in. Built to keep quality up:
- Meta’s Higher intent form type, which adds a review screen so people confirm their details before sending
- At least one question people have to type themselves
- A consent line for follow-up texts and emails, worded for the Spam Act
- A link to your privacy policy on the form
- Best for simple offers: an appraisal, a callback, a quote request
Landing pages
More room to explain, more control over the questions, and a page you own. Built by the same team as our websites:
- Suits bigger decisions that need proof, price guides or a project gallery
- Branching questions that qualify people before they reach your CRM
- The Meta pixel and Conversions API reporting what happens after the click
- Fast on a phone, with the form and the call button always in reach
- Best when the offer needs explaining before anyone will enquire
One more reason to connect your CRM: Meta says that from April 2026 its “qualified leads” performance goal is no longer available for new campaigns without a Conversions API integration. Sending back which leads became customers is how Meta learns to find more people like them.
Call every Facebook lead back while the ad is still on their mind.
Meta leads were scrolling, not searching, so the first conversation decides most of what happens next. Our speed-to-lead add-on calls new Facebook leads typically within 60 seconds, qualifies them against your questions and books them in. When we marketed a nationwide NZ solar company, every new lead was contacted in under a minute and the lead-to-appointment rate went from 44% to 88% in nine months (case study).
- Calls only to people who enquired through your form
- Inside the calling hours ACMA publishes: 9am to 8pm weekdays, 9am to 5pm Saturdays, never Sundays or national public holidays
- Texts and emails only with consent, each with a working unsubscribe
- Every lead, call and outcome recorded, so the ads can be judged on appointments
Facebook and Instagram ads, set up for Australian rules.
Meta adds its own categories and checks for some industries, and Australian law covers what the ads say and what you do with the leads afterwards. All of it is settled before the first ad runs.
Special ad categories
Meta requires you to declare when a campaign is about employment, housing, financial products and services, or social issues, elections or politics. Some categories limit audience options, and political or social issue ads need authorisation and a “Paid for by” disclaimer. The right category is chosen at setup, before anything is rejected.
Financial services ads in Australia
For ads covered by the Australia Online Scams Code, such as insurance, mortgages, loans and credit cards, Meta requires the ad’s beneficiary and payer to be verified, including Australian financial services licence details unless exempt, and the ads carry a “Paid for by” disclaimer.
18 and over for credit and insurance
Meta’s advertising standards say ads promoting credit cards, loans or insurance services must be targeted to people aged 18 or older, and must carry the disclosures the law requires.
What the ad claims
The ACCC’s rule that claims must be accurate and based on reasonable grounds covers social media and testimonials as much as websites. Before-and-after shots, savings and customer quotes in your ads have to be real and provable.
Consent before follow-up
Under the Spam Act you need consent before you text or email a lead, and a record of who gave it, when and how. Every message names your business and carries an unsubscribe that is honoured within 5 working days.
Your Facebook page is advertising too
The QBCC counts social media pages, such as a company Facebook page, as advertising that must show your name and QBCC licence number. In New South Wales the licence number belongs in all building advertising, internet included.
Privacy: the Privacy Act 1988 does not cover most small businesses with an annual turnover of $3 million or less, but some are covered whatever their size, such as health service providers and businesses that trade in personal information. If yours is covered, the Australian Privacy Principles apply to every lead your ads collect.
Your ad account, your page, your leads.
The Meta ad account is set up in your business name, and we work in it through access you grant, alongside your own Facebook page and Instagram account. The audiences built in your account and the leads your forms collect stay with your business if you ever move on.
How Meta ads management is priced.
We do not publish a fixed fee for managing Facebook and Instagram ads, because the work depends on how much creative you need, how many offers and areas we run, and how leads are followed up. After a free call you get a written scope and a price in AUD plus GST, before anything starts.
Meta ads management
Facebook and Instagram campaigns, creative testing and lead handling, set up and run every week in an ad account in your business name.
Part of the Growth Partner
Meta and Google run together with strategy, creative production, websites, CRM and reporting, by one team on one monthly fee.
The Pickup System
Prefer to pay only when an appointment is booked and confirmed? We fund and manage the ad spend, and the price is the same in every industry.
An Instagram and Facebook ads agency for businesses with something to show.
Meta works when the offer can be seen, explained or felt in a few seconds of scrolling. These are the kinds of business it tends to suit, and the one where we would start somewhere else.
Solar and batteries
An education-first purchase. Homeowners rarely search until they have seen the savings case, which is exactly what video and carousels are for.
Solar lead generation →Property developers
Off-the-plan launches need buyers before there is anything to walk through. Renders, video and instant forms build the buyer list from launch day.
Property marketing →Real estate agents
Vendor appraisal campaigns that reach owners in your suburbs before they have picked an agent.
Real estate marketing →Insurance advisers and brokers
Licensed firms, with Meta’s Australian financial services verification done first. Marketing for your business, never advice to consumers.
Insurance adviser marketing →Builders and renovators
Finished projects sell the next one. Before-and-after carousels and walk-through video, with your licence details where the rules want them.
Websites for builders →Customers already searching?
If people go looking for your service the moment they need it, such as an emergency repair, start with Google Ads and add Meta later.
See Google Ads →Facebook and Instagram ads, answered plainly.
If your question is not here, ask it on the call. We will say so if Meta is the wrong place for your budget.
What does a Facebook ads agency do for an Australian business?
It plans the campaigns, produces and tests the creative, builds the instant forms or landing pages, sets up tracking, makes sure leads are followed up fast, and reports on what the money did. OneAdsphere does all of that across Facebook and Instagram, in an ad account set up in your business name, and judges it on appointments and sales rather than likes.
How much does Meta ads management cost in Australia?
It is scoped to your business rather than taken from a price list: the volume of creative, the number of offers and areas, and how leads are handled. You get the scope and a price in AUD plus GST, in writing, before anything starts, on its own or inside the Growth Partner. If you would rather pay per result, the Pickup System is AU $150 + GST per confirmed appointment and we fund and manage the ad spend.
Are Instagram ads included?
Yes. Meta campaigns run across Facebook and Instagram feeds, Stories and Reels, and the creative is made in the shapes each placement needs. If your customers sit mostly on one of them, that is where the budget goes.
Should we use Facebook lead ads with an instant form, or a landing page?
Instant forms are quicker for the person and usually bring more leads; a landing page gives more room to explain and to qualify. For simple offers we start with Meta’s Higher intent form type, which adds a review screen before submission and is shown in Facebook and Instagram feeds on mobile only. For bigger decisions we use a landing page, and often test both.
Why are some Facebook leads poor quality?
Instant forms are built to be quick to submit on a phone, so a few taps can send an enquiry someone barely meant. We cut that down with the Higher intent form type, a question people have to type, a fast call back, and by sending Meta the outcomes from your CRM so it learns which leads become customers.
How fast will our leads be called?
Our speed-to-lead add-on calls new Facebook leads typically within 60 seconds, inside Australian telemarketing calling hours, then qualifies and books them. If your own team makes the calls, we set the hand-off up so a new lead reaches them straight away.
Do our ads need a special ad category?
If they are about employment, housing, financial products and services, or social issues, elections or politics, yes: Meta requires you to declare it. Financial services ads shown in Australia also need the beneficiary and payer verified, with licence details unless exempt.
Can you guarantee a cost per lead?
No. Cost per lead moves with your offer, your market, the season and the creative, and the ACCC expects any forecast to rest on reasonable grounds. We tell you how the campaign will be judged and report the real numbers every week.
Who owns the ad account and the leads?
You do. The ad account is set up in your business name, your Facebook page and Instagram account stay yours, and the audiences and leads built up in your accounts stay there if you ever stop working with us.
Who is OneAdsphere?
