More adviser meetings with people who asked to talk.
For Australian insurance advisers and brokers working under an Australian Financial Services licence, or as an authorised representative of one. We run the campaigns, qualify each enquiry on the cover they want, and book a meeting with your adviser. We are a marketing agency: the advice stays with your licensed people.
Advisers under an AFS licence. The advice stays with you.
In Australia, advice on life and general insurance is a financial service. ASIC says that to run a financial services business you generally need to be authorised under an AFS licence, or act as an authorised representative of a licensee. We work for those businesses. We do not give advice, and our Voice AI does not recommend products or quote premiums: it confirms what the person asked for and books a meeting with your adviser.
The hawking prohibition in the Corporations Act protects consumers from unsolicited offers of financial products, so every conversation we start is one the person asked for, through your form, with their consent recorded. Your compliance team signs off the copy, the form and the call script before anything goes live.
From ad click to a booked adviser meeting.
Five steps between your ad spend and a meeting your adviser can walk into prepared.
- Step 1
A compliance-aware form
We write the intake around the cover the person wants: type of cover, whether they hold a policy now, and the best time to talk. No savings figures, no fear-based messaging, and consent to be contacted captured on the form.
- Step 2
Campaigns in your market
Meta and Google campaigns in the states and cities you service, tested on creative and audience, optimised for booked meetings rather than clicks.
- Step 3
A fast, honest follow-up call
Within the permitted calling hours, the Voice AI calls back within about a minute, says who it is and who it calls for, confirms what the person asked about, and offers a time with your adviser.
- Step 4
Booked with full context
Qualified enquiries land in your CRM with the call recording, transcript and answers, so the adviser knows where the conversation starts.
- Step 5
Weekly optimisation
We review contact rates and booked meetings every week, cut what does not work and scale what does.
You sign off the three or four questions that decide “qualified” before anything goes live. That sign-off is also the billing rule on the Pickup System: a booking outside your thresholds is not billed. How we qualify.
Campaigns for the cover you write.
Each line of business gets its own form and its own qualifying questions, agreed with you.
Life and income protection
People looking at life, TPD, trauma or income protection cover, booked with an adviser who can give personal advice.
Health insurance
People comparing private health cover, qualified on household and current provider.
Home and contents
Owners and renters reviewing cover, qualified on property type and renewal timing.
Car insurance
Drivers looking at comprehensive or third-party cover, qualified on renewal timing.
Business insurance
Public liability, professional indemnity and commercial property enquiries, qualified on business type and size.
Reporting to policy
A view from ad spend to meetings held and policies written, so you judge the campaigns on business, not clicks.
Follow-up that stays inside the law.
Speed matters, but in Australia the rules decide how you are allowed to follow up. The system is set up around them from day one, and you can check every source yourself.
Only conversations the person asked for
Every call and text follows a request made on your form, with consent recorded. Your licence details appear where you want them, and your compliance team approves the scripts.

Follow-up texts and emails go only to people who gave consent on your form, with a record of who, when and how. Every message names your business and carries an unsubscribe that is honoured within 5 working days.

The Voice AI only calls people who just asked you to contact them, with that consent captured on the form. We never buy or dial cold lists, so registered numbers are not chased.
Source: ACMA: Do Not Call RegisterCalls inside the permitted hours
We set the AI caller to the hours ACMA publishes for telemarketing calls: 9am to 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, never on Sundays or national public holidays. It says who it is and who it calls for, and ends the call when asked.

Lead generation works best when the brand, the website and the follow-up are run by the same team. That is why most clients get it inside the Growth Partner. If you only want booked adviser appointments, the Pickup System is priced per appointment, and if your team does its own follow-up, you can buy qualified leads.
Inside the Growth Partner
Your whole marketing function run by one team: strategy, creative, Meta and Google ads, website, SEO, CRM and the follow-up system. Scoped to your business and confirmed in Australian dollars on a call.

Leads from campaigns we run, qualified to the criteria you set, exclusive to you and never resold. Qualified leads: AU $60 + GST per lead. Bought on a short call or through the enquiry form; your team does the follow-up.

Twice the appointments from every lead.
Over nine months, a nationwide New Zealand solar company doubled the share of its leads that became booked appointments. The same engine, Voice AI, SMS and a chatbot asking signed-off questions, is what we set up for Australian businesses.
A New Zealand result, shown as it appears on our case studies page. It is not a promise of the same numbers for your business: results depend on your market, your offer and how fast your team works the bookings.
Insurance lead generation in Australia, answered.
Anything else, ask us on a call. We work with businesses across Australia by video call, in your business hours.
Do you give insurance advice?
No. We are a marketing agency working for advisers and brokers who are licensed, or authorised representatives of a licensee. The Voice AI books meetings; it does not recommend products or quote premiums. The advice, and the obligations that come with it, stay with your licensed adviser.
Who can you work with?
Businesses that are authorised to provide financial services, generally under an AFS licence or as an authorised representative of a licensee, as ASIC describes. We ask for your licence details before we start.
How much does it cost?
Three ways. Inside the Growth Partner, lead generation is part of one monthly fee, scoped to your business and confirmed in Australian dollars on a call. On the Pickup System it is AU $150 + GST per confirmed adviser appointment, the same price as every other industry, billed only when a booking meets the questions you signed off. Qualified leads, where your team does the follow-up, are AU $60 + GST per lead.
How do you avoid unsolicited contact?
We only contact people who asked to be contacted through your form, with their consent recorded, and never dial cold or bought lists. Calls are made inside the telemarketing hours ACMA publishes, and texts follow the Spam Act 2003.
Are the enquiries shared with other advisers?
No. Campaigns run under your brand, and qualified leads are exclusive to you and never resold.
Do you guarantee a number of appointments?
No. Nobody can honestly promise a number before a campaign has run in your market. We commit to the work, the qualifying questions you approve and weekly numbers you can check, and we tell you early if a market is not responding.
