We design and write six-page sites for Australian cleaning businesses that answer all three, then make it easy to ask for a quote by form, call or text.

Someone is about to let a stranger into their home or office. These six parts make that an easy decision, and they are the same six questions people send you by text anyway.
Your rates or starting points laid out by job: a regular clean, an end of lease clean, an office. Fewer tyre-kickers, and fewer texts asking how much. If you charge GST, the price a household sees already includes it.
Regular home cleaning, end of lease, carpets, windows, offices: only the ones you actually do, each saying what is included and what costs extra. “Do you do ovens?” gets answered before anyone asks.
The suburbs you really cover, in the copy and on your Google Business Profile, with a plain note on where you stop. People outside your patch stop asking, and people inside it know you mean them.
Bedrooms, bathrooms, how often, which suburb, any extras. Short enough to finish on a phone, and it lands in your inbox instead of a comment on Facebook.
Who turns up, whether you bring your own products, and your insurance and police checks if you hold them. Your own photos of your own work, never stock pictures of someone else’s kitchen passed off as yours.
Tap to call and tap to text on every page, because plenty of people look for a cleaner on their phone and you are usually mid-clean. Missed calls are covered further down.
There is no licence page to fill in for most cleaners, but consumer law still applies to what your site says. These are the four things we set up with you, from the regulators’ own pages.
The ACCC says businesses must display a total price that includes taxes, duties and all unavoidable or pre-selected extra fees, and that a surcharge or fee, including for weekends or public holidays, has to follow the display rules too. So if a weekend clean costs more, the site says so. ACCC: price displays.
The ACCC treats as greenwashing any claim that makes a service seem better or less harmful for the environment than it really is. If “eco friendly” or “non-toxic” goes on your site, it names the products and says why. ACCC: environmental claims.
It is against the law for a business to create fake or misleading reviews or to arrange for others to do so. We quote real customers exactly as they wrote it and link to your Google profile so anyone can check. ACCC: online reviews.
Supplying staff that a client directs can need a labour hire licence in Queensland, and contract cleaning employers register for portable long service leave in Queensland and New South Wales. Check ABLIS for your state and services. The site only claims what you hold. Labour hire and cleaning, Queensland.
Checked on the regulators’ sites on 4 November 2026. This is general information, not legal advice, and the regulator’s page is the final word.
Cleaning is about as local as business gets, so local search does the heavy lifting: the map listing, the suburb in the search, and more and more, an AI assistant asked to recommend someone nearby. Nobody can promise a ranking or a mention, and we will not. We set up what those systems read.
One way to use the six pages:
Service-area guidance from Google’s help page, Manage your service areas. Ongoing local search work is on the SEO and AI search page.
These are Australian small business and trade sites we designed, wrote and built. Click through and see the work.

A site brings in enquiries. Two things decide whether they become regular customers: someone answering, and enough of the right people seeing you.
Mid-clean and cannot pick up? Our AI receptionist answers 24/7 on an Australian number, takes the details and books the quote. Plans from AU $297 + GST a month.
Meta ads that show your before and after photos to households in the suburbs you cover, sending them to the site or straight to a quote form.
Local SEO for the long game and Google Ads for end of lease searches now, in accounts set up in your name.
A cleaning website is our standard six-page build: the copy written for you, your prices and suburbs set out properly and a quote form that matches how you charge.
Usually AU $2,997 + GST
Plus the care plan: AU $100 + GST a month, 12-month minimum. Minimum first-year cost: AU $2,700 + GST.

It is AU $1,500 + GST in our website sale until 31 December 2026, plus the care plan at AU $100 + GST a month (12-month minimum). That covers six pages with the copy written for you, set up for Google and AI search. Everything in the build and the care plan is listed in the pricing section on this page.
No. Six pages is enough to show your services, your prices, your suburbs and how to reach you, and it suits a sole trader as well as a team. We write the copy so you are not stuck doing it at night after a full day of cleans.
Yes. We show the price a customer actually pays. The ACCC says the total price must include taxes and all unavoidable fees, so if you are registered for GST the price shown includes it, and if you are not, there is none to add.
It does not need to. Google says a business that travels to its customers should remove the address from its Business Profile and list service areas instead, by suburb or postcode, with a limit of 20. The website then names the same suburbs.
Yes, and they are the most persuasive thing a cleaner can show. Use your own, with the customer’s permission if the home can be identified. Custom photography is not part of the price, and we never present stock images as your work.
Keep the page: it is where your regulars see you. A website gives you a page for every clean and every suburb that you control, that does not depend on a feed, and that search engines and AI assistants can read without an account.
The build includes a quote form that lands in your inbox or CRM. Taking payments online is not part of the six-page build and is quoted separately if you want it.
10 to 15 business days from the day we have your content: your logo if you have one, your services and prices, your suburbs and some photos of your work. We write the copy and you review it twice.
What you clean, the suburbs you cover and whether you need a first site or a rebuild. We reply within one business day. Rather talk it through first?
