The qualification system · Australia

Qualified means qualified. Here is the system behind it.

Most lead sellers sell volume. We sell qualification. Before a single ad runs, you sign off the exact questions every lead must answer and the thresholds that count as qualified. Leads that don’t pass are never billed, and you pay AU $150 + GST only for confirmed appointments.

The four pillars

What makes a lead actually qualified.

Four non-negotiables that separate a qualification system from a lead farm with a fancy form.

01 Dedicated campaign per client

Not a shared lead pool. Every campaign is built around your brand, your area and your customer. Leads see you before they ever see us.

02 Signed-off qualifying questions

Before launch you get a Campaign Document with the 3 to 4 questions every lead must answer and the thresholds that count as qualified. You sign it off, and it becomes the billing contract.

03 AI qualification within 60 seconds

The moment a lead submits, our Voice AI, SMS and chatbot engage them inside Australian calling hours, confirm the answers, and book the appointment into your calendar.

04 Pay only for confirmed appointments

Billing only happens when there is a confirmed time in your calendar: AU $150 + GST per confirmed appointment, the same for every industry. Not on a form. Not on a call attempt.

The branded journey

What happens after a prospect clicks your ad.

Every touchpoint carries your brand, not ours, so by the time your team speaks to them the prospect already feels they know you.

Qualification matrices

What “qualified” means, by industry.

Every industry gets its own question set. These are typical starting points we agree with Australian businesses. Insurance and mortgage campaigns are marketing for licensed advisers and brokers, never advice to consumers.

Typical thresholds

Mortgage and finance

  • Loan amount: above your threshold
  • Household income: above your threshold
  • LVR: inside your lending range
  • Timing: fixed rate ending within 12 months, or refinance intent
  • Decision-maker: confirmed on the AI call
Mortgage brokers →
Typical thresholds

Insurance (life, income protection, home and contents)

  • Existing cover: yes or no captured
  • Cover type wanted: life, income protection, trauma, TPD or general
  • Age band: set per adviser
  • Household income band: matched to the products you write
Insurance advisers →
Typical thresholds

Solar and batteries

  • Home ownership: confirmed owner-occupier
  • Roof: type and shading noted
  • Battery interest: yes or no
  • Budget band: inside your product range
  • Area: inside your install area
  • Install timeline: within 6 months
Solar installers →
Typical thresholds

Real estate

  • Lead type: vendor or buyer, in separate streams
  • Property type: house, unit, acreage, commercial or investment
  • Suburb: inside your patch
  • Timeline: selling or buying within your window
Real estate agents →
Typical thresholds

Professional services (accounting, legal, advisory, IT)

  • Business size: revenue band confirmed
  • Urgency: now, 30 days or 90 days
  • Budget: project budget confirmed
  • Decision-maker: yes or no
  • Service: the specific service, not just “interested”
Professional services →

Typical starting points. Yours can be tighter or wider, and dollar thresholds are set by you in Australian dollars.

The feedback loop

Every booking teaches the ads who to find.

Because each campaign is dedicated to one client, every signal goes back to one ad account and one ideal customer. Lead farms that sell the same lead to several buyers can’t do this.

Step 1

A lead books

The lead becomes a confirmed appointment.

Step 2

The signal goes back

We send that conversion back to Meta through the Conversions API.

Step 3

Meta learns

The algorithm learns the patterns of people who actually book.

Step 4

More like them

Your ads are shown to more people like your real customers.

The agreement before launch

Sign-off first. Ads second.

Most agencies launch and hope. We agree the contract first, including the consent wording and calling window Australian rules expect.

The Campaign Document

Signed off before a dollar is spent

  • The 3 to 4 qualifying questions, in the order they appear
  • Each threshold, and the answers that count as qualified
  • The disqualifiers: the answers that are never billed
  • The ad copy direction and tone
  • The branded intro email
  • The Voice AI, SMS and chatbot script and knowledge base
  • The consent wording on the form and the calling window
  • How it connects to your CRM

Want a different photo, different wording or a tighter threshold? Tell us before we go live. Once you sign, that is the billing contract.

Booked equals billed

“You only pay when there is a confirmed appointment in your calendar.”

Not when a lead submits a form. Not when the AI tries to call. Not when a text goes unanswered. We invoice only once an appointment is confirmed in your calendar with the verified prospect, at AU $150 + GST each.

If 50 leads come through to deliver 30 confirmed appointments, you pay for 30. Not 50.

Questions

How we qualify, answered.

The price and trial on the Pickup System page.

What counts as a qualified lead?

One that passes the 3 to 4 questions and thresholds you signed off in your Campaign Document, was contactable on your chosen channel, and meets your area and timeline criteria. Anything outside those is filtered out and never billed.

What does it cost?

AU $150 + GST per confirmed appointment, the same for every industry. We fund and manage the Meta and Google ad spend, so there is nothing on top, and there are no retainers, setup fees or lock-in.

Can I see the ads, emails and scripts before they go live?

Yes. The Campaign Document includes every ad, the branded intro email, the AI voice script, the form and its consent wording. You sign it off line by line. Nothing runs without your approval.

What if a lead lies on the form?

That is what the AI conversation is for. Within 60 seconds, inside calling hours, it confirms the answers on whichever channel the lead uses before an appointment is confirmed. Leads that don’t check out aren’t billed, even if the form said they qualified.

Is calling leads this fast allowed in Australia?

The lead has just asked to be contacted, so the call is contact they agreed to. Australian telemarketing hours and identification rules still apply, so the AI only calls on weekdays 9am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm, never Sundays or national public holidays, and always says who is calling and why. This is general information, not legal advice.

Do you work with my competitors?

Not in the same region. We cap the number of partners per industry in each area, and we will tell you on the discovery call which areas are taken.

What if my industry isn’t listed?

The framework adapts to nearby industries where the customer is worth a proper conversation and the sale is made by phone or in person. Book a call and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
