Professional services lead generation · Australia

Consultations with clients who are ready to engage.

For Australian accountants, law firms, consultants, IT providers and engineering practices. We run search and social campaigns, qualify each enquiry on the service needed, business size and timing, and book consultations with your team. It works best inside the wider marketing we run: your website, search and content.

Who this is for

Firms that win work on trust and take time to choose.

People choosing an accountant, a lawyer or an IT partner compare several firms and read before they call. So the marketing leads with credibility: your credentials, your specialisms and clear answers to the questions clients ask, before it asks for contact details.

Where your profession has its own advertising rules, such as the rules lawyers and registered tax agents work under, your team signs off the copy before it goes live. We write within them and do not make claims about outcomes. Financial advisers are covered on our insurance adviser page.

How it works

From search to a booked consultation.

Five steps, tuned for longer decisions and higher-value work.

  1. Step 1

    A qualifying intake form

Service needed, business size or revenue band, urgency and the best time to talk, with consent to be contacted recorded.

  2. Step 2

    Search and social campaigns

Google Search catches people looking for “accountant Parramatta” or “commercial lawyer Brisbane”. Meta retargeting brings back people who read but did not enquire.

  3. Step 3

    A professional follow-up

Within the permitted calling hours, the AI follows up in a tone that suits your firm, confirms the need and offers a consultation time.

  4. Step 4

    Booked with full context

Qualified prospects land in your CRM with their answers, the recording and the transcript, ready for the partner or principal.

  5. Step 5

    Optimised on clients won

We track which enquiries become paying clients and refine targeting, copy and forms to lower the cost of each new client.

You sign off the three or four questions that decide “qualified” before anything goes live. That sign-off is also the billing rule on the Pickup System: a booking outside your thresholds is not billed. How we qualify.

Australian rules, built in

Follow-up that stays inside the law.

Speed matters, but in Australia the rules decide how you are allowed to follow up. The system is set up around them from day one, and you can check every source yourself.

Spam Act 2003

SMS and email only with consent

Follow-up texts and emails go only to people who gave consent on your form, with a record of who, when and how. Every message names your business and carries an unsubscribe that is honoured within 5 working days.

Do Not Call Register

We call people who asked to be called

The Voice AI only calls people who just asked you to contact them, with that consent captured on the form. We never buy or dial cold lists, so registered numbers are not chased.

Telemarketing Industry Standard

Calls inside the permitted hours

We set the AI caller to the hours ACMA publishes for telemarketing calls: 9am to 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, never on Sundays or national public holidays. It says who it is and who it calls for, and ends the call when asked.

Where it fits

One service inside the agency, three ways to buy it.

Lead generation works best when the brand, the website and the follow-up are run by the same team. That is why most clients get it inside the Growth Partner. If you only want booked consultation appointments, the Pickup System is priced per appointment, and if your team does its own follow-up, you can buy qualified leads.

Monthly, scoped to you

Inside the Growth Partner

Your whole marketing function run by one team: strategy, creative, Meta and Google ads, website, SEO, CRM and the follow-up system. Scoped to your business and confirmed in Australian dollars on a call.

New Zealand case study · Nationwide NZ solar company

Twice the appointments from every lead.

Over nine months, a nationwide New Zealand solar company doubled the share of its leads that became booked appointments. The same engine, Voice AI, SMS and a chatbot asking signed-off questions, is what we set up for Australian businesses.

Questions

Professional services lead generation, answered.

Anything else, ask us on a call. We work with businesses across Australia by video call, in your business hours.

Which firms do you work with?

Accounting and tax, legal, management consulting, IT and cyber security, and engineering and architecture practices across Australia. Each has its own campaign, landing page and qualifying questions.

How much does it cost?

Three ways. Inside the Growth Partner, lead generation is part of one monthly fee, scoped to your business and confirmed in Australian dollars on a call. On the Pickup System it is AU $150 + GST per confirmed consultation appointment, the same price as every other industry, billed only when a booking meets the questions you signed off. Qualified leads, where your team does the follow-up, are AU $60 + GST per lead.

What about my profession’s advertising rules?

Your team signs off the ads, pages and scripts before anything goes live, and we do not make claims about outcomes or results. Your professional body’s rules come first.

Do you work with our existing CRM?

Yes. Qualified enquiries go into your CRM with their answers, the call recording and the transcript, or we can set up a pipeline for you.

Are the enquiries shared with other firms?

No. Campaigns run under your brand, and qualified leads are exclusive to you and never resold.

Do you guarantee a number of appointments?

No. Nobody can honestly promise a number before a campaign has run in your market. We commit to the work, the qualifying questions you approve and weekly numbers you can check, and we tell you early if a market is not responding.
