Solar lead generation · Australia

Solar enquiries that turn into booked site visits.

For accredited solar and battery installers in Australia. We run the campaigns in the postcodes you install in, qualify every homeowner on ownership, roof and timeline, and book site visits on your calendar. It is one part of the marketing we run, alongside your website, reviews and search.

Who this is for

Accredited installers selling under the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme.

Most Australian homeowners compare quotes with the federal small-scale scheme in mind. Under the Clean Energy Regulator’s Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme, eligible rooftop solar and battery systems earn small-scale technology certificates (STCs), and the scheme runs until 2030. To design or install those systems and claim STCs, the regulator requires accreditation by Solar Accreditation Australia and an unrestricted electrical licence in the state or territory of installation.

That shapes the marketing. Your ads and pages can show your accreditation and explain how certificates work, without promising a dollar saving or a rebate figure we cannot stand behind. We do not quote state rebates unless your state’s official site confirms them at the time, and we never guarantee savings.

How it works

Five steps from click to booked site visit.

We build the whole acquisition system, then hand your sales team appointments with homeowners who own the roof and are ready to talk.

  1. Step 1

    We build your qualifying funnel

A multi-step form instead of a contact box: home ownership, roof type and shading, rough power bill, battery interest and install timeline. Consent to be contacted is captured with it.

  2. Step 2

We run Meta and Google ads in your area

Campaigns targeted to the postcodes and regions you actually install in, from Western Sydney to the Sunshine Coast, with retargeting from day one.

  3. Step 3

The AI follows up fast, inside the hours

The Voice AI calls a new enquiry within about a minute when calling is permitted. Outside those hours an SMS with your business name and an opt-out goes first, and the call waits for the next permitted window.

  4. Step 4

    Qualified homeowners are booked

Enquiries that pass your thresholds are booked as site visits or phone consults on your calendar, with the call recording and transcript in your CRM.

  5. Step 5

We optimise on installs, not clicks

Weekly creative tests, audience refinement and funnel changes, judged on booked visits and installs, not cost per click.

You sign off the three or four questions that decide “qualified” before anything goes live. That sign-off is also the billing rule on the Pickup System: a booking outside your thresholds is not billed. How we qualify.

What we generate

Enquiries across the systems you install.

Each product gets its own angle, its own form and its own qualifying questions.

Rooftop solar

Homeowners looking at a new system, qualified on ownership, roof and timeline before you send anyone out.

Home batteries

Owners adding storage to existing solar or buying both together, qualified on current system and goals.

Solar and battery packages

Package offers tested as ad angles, with the price and inclusions on your landing page rather than in the ad.

Regional campaigns

Separate campaigns for metro and regional areas, so travel time and install capacity match where the enquiries come from.

Database reactivation

Past quotes who did not go ahead, re-engaged by SMS and email only where you hold their consent.

Reporting to install

A dashboard from ad spend to booked visits, quotes and installs, so you see cost per install, not just cost per lead.

Australian rules, built in

Follow-up that stays inside the law.

Speed matters, but in Australia the rules decide how you are allowed to follow up. The system is set up around them from day one, and you can check every source yourself.

Clean Energy Regulator

Accreditation on show, savings never promised

Your ads and pages carry your Solar Accreditation Australia accreditation and explain STCs plainly. We do not publish guaranteed savings or rebate amounts we have not verified.

SMS and email only with consent

Follow-up texts and emails go only to people who gave consent on your form, with a record of who, when and how. Every message names your business and carries an unsubscribe that is honoured within 5 working days.

Do Not Call Register

We call people who asked to be called

The Voice AI only calls people who just asked you to contact them, with that consent captured on the form. We never buy or dial cold lists, so registered numbers are not chased.

Telemarketing Industry Standard

Calls inside the permitted hours

We set the AI caller to the hours ACMA publishes for telemarketing calls: 9am to 8pm on weekdays, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, never on Sundays or national public holidays. It says who it is and who it calls for, and ends the call when asked.

Where it fits

One service inside the agency, three ways to buy it.

Lead generation works best when the brand, the website and the follow-up are run by the same team. That is why most clients get it inside the Growth Partner. If you only want booked solar appointments, the Pickup System is priced per appointment, and if your team does its own follow-up, you can buy qualified leads.

Monthly, scoped to you

Inside the Growth Partner

Your whole marketing function run by one team: strategy, creative, Meta and Google ads, website, SEO, CRM and the follow-up system. Scoped to your business and confirmed in Australian dollars on a call.

New Zealand case study · Nationwide NZ solar company

Twice the appointments from every lead.

Over nine months, a nationwide New Zealand solar company doubled the share of its leads that became booked appointments. The same engine, Voice AI, SMS and a chatbot asking signed-off questions, is what we set up for Australian businesses.

Questions

Solar lead generation in Australia, answered.

Anything else, ask us on a call. We work with businesses across Australia by video call, in your business hours.

Do you only work with accredited installers?

Yes. The Clean Energy Regulator requires designers and installers to be accredited by Solar Accreditation Australia, and installers to hold an unrestricted electrical licence, for systems that claim STCs. We market businesses that meet those requirements.

How much does it cost?

Three ways. Inside the Growth Partner, lead generation is part of one monthly fee, scoped to your business and confirmed in Australian dollars on a call. On the Pickup System it is AU $150 + GST per confirmed site-visit appointment, the same price as every other industry, billed only when a booking meets the questions you signed off. Qualified leads, where your team does the follow-up, are AU $60 + GST per lead.

Are the enquiries shared with other installers?

No. Campaigns run under your brand, and qualified leads are exclusive to you and never resold.

Will the ads mention rebates and STCs?

They can explain how the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme and STCs work, because that is on the Clean Energy Regulator’s site. We do not quote state rebates unless the official state site confirms them, and we never promise a saving.

Which parts of Australia do you cover?

Anywhere you install. Campaigns are targeted to your postcodes and regions, metro or regional, and we work with you by video call in your business hours.

Do you guarantee a number of appointments?

No. Nobody can honestly promise a number before a campaign has run in your market. We commit to the work, the qualifying questions you approve and weekly numbers you can check, and we tell you early if a market is not responding.
